Many of us suffer from extreme panic attacks and most people feel very lost with it. I’ve had over 25 years experience both learning how to deal with them when they arise and to also learn how to frame them so that their messages and gifts can be harvested. Usually the body’s genius only resorts to such extreme measures when it needs to get our attention. The answer is not to just find ways to get rid of the panic attacks but to use them to learn how we have not been self-caring , self-listening and resisting the illuminations that are being offered.

"After suffering from panic attacks for 20 years, some so bad I would completely black out, I feared that they would always be part of my life and something I would have to continuously navigate.
