I find that I’m so busy with all the elements of my Life that I rarely notice or address my demons or limitations unless they come crashing in as a crisis. I cruise along, managing the twists and turns of my day, and only look into clearing old baggage or healing past wounds when something drastic happens and almost forces me into stopping and dealing with what’s accumulated. 

It’s far more efficient and braver to turn towards these demons and rough edges when they are not flaring up painfully. To willingly participate in self-care and path-clearing when the monsters are not howling and thrashing. Some call it 'entering the dragons mouth while it’s asleep and picking it’s teeth for treasure'.

In LOOKING FOR TROUBLE we will learn techniques and processes for diffuse time-bombs BEFORE they explode. We will seek out the trouble spots and practice preventative medicine, space clearing and ‘turning towards’ demons and issues so that they never need to smash the door down to get to us. We will learn more about listening to the signs and being so in touch with ourselves that we self-care and observe patterns and pickles before they grow into painful problems.
